habt ihr ne Idee? Pumpe? Was ist der Soll Ohm Wert?
ist meine gute alte r1200gs Q von 2004
hi all - picking up this issue which is subject to many posts but most seem to conclude an issue with the controller (which has been fixed on my bike)
Looking whether you could help me please.
So broke down in rain and no fuel delivery anymore
Checked the fuel pump controller and it literally disintegrated in my hands - unbelievable it worked to that point
Changed that to a new one (the one that is full black)
GS911 error on pump controller fuse cut out now gone (it used to throw up 28cb - fuse for electric fuel pump activated) though still the CANBUS cuts power to the pump so I wonder whether it could be the pump that also needs replacement (now only throws up error 27b7 output stage of electric fuel pump)
some facts
- the pump controller is now brand new
- Pump runs and bike starts when I directly connect pump to battery (with a fused cable)
- 12v can be measured on the wiring loom cable that connects to the pump controller if I disconnect it and crank the engine (so I would assume the Motronic sends the power to the pump)
- As soon as connect the cable though to the new pump controller (and hence the pump) and crank, CANBUS again stops electricity flow and throws error on GS911 on pump (error 27b7 output stage of electric fuel pump)
So can it be that the pump is broken although it runs it might not fulfil the specs that CANBUS expects to see
Anyone knows for example how much pump should draw ? and its expected resistance (ohm) - latter measures as 1.6 Ohm which I thought was low
any views and help would be appreciated
