Ich hatte nochmal Kontakt mit WRS. Auf die Frage, ob man mir eine ABE und einen Aufkleber zukommen lassen könnte, kam folgende Antwort:
"Dear customer,
to get the ABE for a screen you already own, we would need you to send the screen back to us for a technical check. We cannot email the ABE as it is not a product that was validated for the ABE prior to May 2021. The windscreen you purchased didn't have the ABE approval when you bought it, the ABE approval is valid on that product only by May 2021 because we applied to KBA for the approval and finished all the procedures by April 2021.
The sticker we have to apply it's not only a sticker, it's a legal responsability of our company on that product. Our production method improved over ther years and especially for the KBA we had to change some procedures during the production, so we need you to return the product back because we have to check the product is ok to have the KBA approval, if not we will do what we need to make the product ok for KBA and then send the product back to you
The roundtrip shipping costs in this case are on charge of the customer

Ich denke das werde ich nicht tun. Habe für das gebrauchte keine 40 € bezahlt. Wenn das fertig ist, gibt's halt ein neues. Die Qualität überzeugt ja...
