Modulator ABS

good day,
when the front brake is pressed and the motorcycle moves forward, the ABS modulator is activated - buzzing. before the brake fluid change it didn't. the diagnostics report no malfunction and the abs works normally while driving, I also bled the air from the abs modulator through the diagnostics. Does anyone with experience here know what the problem could be?

Did you also switch on the ignition when changing the brake fluid ?

hi, it doesn't turn on... Could this be a problem? I did it according to the service manual, changing the fluid.
