Als de DWA is geactiveerd, wordt de DWA automatisch geactiveerd na het uitschakelen van het contact.

De activering vraagt circa 30 seconden.

Richtingaanwijzers knipperen tweemaal.

Bevestigingstoon klinkt tweemaal (indien geprogrammeerd).
Alarmsysteem is actief."

Gibt es etwas, mit diesem mit Bevestigingstoon Arbeiten?

Kann man beim Händler programmieren lassen. Habe ich heute gemacht, Aktivierungston und Alarm "US". Ist lauter!
Ansonsten, kannste dein Postings zukünftig bitte auf deutsch oder wenigstens englisch hier rein setzen? Das Durcheinander ist ja kaum zu verstehen!

Well, I guess my try to write in German based on the Instruction booklet and Google translate didn´t turn out well... ;-)

I am trying to get my BMW technichian to program the sound indication for the alarm but it doesn´t stick (as soon as the ignition is turned of it goes back to silent). Does anyone of you have information on how they should do it?

Watch what your technician is doin! That's what I did today!
It's possible to change the alarm setting to three different alarm sirens. My choice was US. That's sort of a police siren...well..comparable.

With the BMW Programming Terminal your work shop is also able to change the indication time of the indicators.

It sounds odd that your settings don't stick. I saw the technician clicking at two points. One was called somehow "Alarm indication ON/OFF" and the other one for the alarm sound was just called "US".
Anyway, that guy had to confirm these settings two times before he was able to send the changes to the bike. No probs so far beside the fact, that my board computer had been completely resettet after upgrading.

When I turn off the ignition now I hear a double beep after 30 seconds. Actually a warning "don't touch me"....

I bet it's not your bike with an issue, it might be your service technician the ole klotenzack

I took your advice to my dealer and I´m not sure what he did but now it´s
working! When asked what he had done yhe answer I got was just that this
function had been turned off in the menu.

Basically all functions regarding the DWA are turned off by default when the bike is delivered. Was the same on my bike. If I hadn't known through this forum that there are a few more capabilities I would have never found out myself. They should ask every customer how they like their DWA configured!
